Books
When I first began my career as a writer, I never could have imagined writing and publishing so many different kinds of books. Realistic fiction for middle grade and YA is my sweet spot, but I love non fiction, too. There are too many good ideas in the universe! Here are just a few of the paperback series and stand-alone books on my shelf—so far. I keep a “file” of new ideas on my smart phone, collect articles and outlines in a folder on my desk, and have quite the collection of scribbled notes on Post-Its, receipts, and the backs of junk mail envelopes. Who knows what will turn into my next book?
